NEED A QUICK DINNER?
YOU'VE GOT THE CHOPS:
Thin boneless
pork chops
Dijon mustard
(or Country Dijon - or any grainy deli mustard)
Freshly-ground
pepper to taste
Heinz 57 sauce
Pour a
tablespoon or two of mustard into a small bowl. You can add a chug of olive oil
and stir, if you wish.
With a
basting brush, brush the mustard on both sides of each pork chop.
Grill or
fry over medium-low heat, 5 minutes per side - longer if your chops are thicker
than about a half-inch. Turn carefully with a spatula. The meat should be
fairly dry and the pink should be completely gone.
Serve with
a drizzle of Heinz 57 sauce on top.
